Safe & Warm Limited was set up in 1999 by its current directors with the intention of supplying the UK with quality affordable work wear and P.P.E. Now trading for over 9 years we have an un-blemished reputation for quality, customer service & reliability.

Our aim is to supply companies large and small with corporate clothing and PPE with the minimum fuss in the shortest time.

We are an independent company we can supply goods from many well know distributors / manufactures within the UK whilst still offering competitive pricing. One of the largest suppliers of corporate clothing in the northwest and most definitely the fastest on turnaround.

We supply everything from boots to boiler suits, rags to bin bags. Here are just a few of our products.
First Aid, Safety Products, DDA Signs and Equipment, Hi Vis Clothing, Catering Wear, Health Care Clothing and not forgetting complete Corporate Clothing. Our in house printing and embroidery can personalize any garment.

Embroidery Services
If you wish to use our embroidery services we can design a company logo for you or you can send us an image of your logo after your purchase. On completion of your purchase you have the option to upload an image of your logo so we have an image to work from. We will contact you for more information if necessary.

Setup Fee
Our embroidery services has free set up  for images or text less than 7,000 stitches. For any logo's or text above the 7,000 stitches there will be a set up charge of £40.00. You might not know if a design is likely to be over that threshold so simply send the logo or text in as usual and if there is any problems we will get back to you.

Why is there a fee?
This fee will only apply if your logo is more than 7000 stitches which are usually complex designs eg Crest or a Badge and you will only be charged for the extra stitches  @ £8.50 plus vat per 1000 stitches thereafter.

Logo Uploads
You can upload an image of your logo by clicking on the relevant tabs Please ensure you have named your file by company name so we can relate it to your order. This facility is also available after the checkout.

Turn around
Because we are an independent company we can buy and sell from any manufacturers or distributors and with our stock holding in Blackpool you can be sure that if it’s in the catalogue then it’s on the shelf. All goods are delivered by our own vehicle or carriers to your door. Our delivery time is usually 24 hours with stock items and 48 hours on other items including corporate clothing.
